Job Overview

City Centre Rotana Doha is seeking a lively, service-oriented Food & Beverage professional to join the team as a Bartender. The role is centered on delivering exceptional beverage service, maintaining high hospitality standards, and supporting the outlet’s commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks in line with the hotel’s service standards and operating procedures.
• Help drive guest satisfaction and support profitability through efficient use of resources.
• Contribute to sales and revenue growth by recommending attractive and innovative beverages and services.
• Arrange the bar area and complete all required mise-en-place before service begins.
• Keep the bar, tools, and equipment cleaned to the expected standard and maintain that level throughout service.
• Provide fast, courteous service to every guest while treating both guests and colleagues with respect and professionalism.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in hospitality, or have vocational training in food and beverage. A minimum of 1 year of experience in bar operations is required. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with additional strengths in guest service and interpersonal communication. Hands-on bartending ability, a confident approach to beverage presentation, and solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails are considered important advantages.
