Role Overview

This position is for a Bitrix24 specialist based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The focus is on extending CRM capabilities, creating automation, and building integrations that help internal operations run more smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend workflows, automation rules, and event-driven triggers inside Bitrix24.
• Link Bitrix24 with internal tools and outside platforms through REST APIs and custom scripting.
• Tailor CRM structure and behavior by adjusting entities, fields, pipelines, and access controls.
• Improve overall platform efficiency by working on performance, caching, and database-related optimizations.
• Investigate and fix backend issues to keep the system dependable and stable.

Required Profile

• Hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Good understanding of Bitrix24 architecture and the D7 framework.
• Ability to produce clean, maintainable server-side code.
• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, and backend scripting.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced work environment.
