What you will do

- Keep customer records current, complete, and organized.
- Make sure all responses meet quality, service, and communication standards.
- Manage complaints professionally and with empathy.
- Look for recurring issues and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Take part in training sessions and team meetings.
- Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and procedure updates.
