About the role
As an Account Executive within Google Customer Solutions, you will partner with advertisers to accelerate their business growth and build durable customer relationships. The role centers on understanding client needs, turning business challenges into practical advertising strategies, and using Google’s digital solutions to create measurable outcomes. You will collaborate across teams, work with SMBs and other clients, and help shape the future of advertising in an AI-driven environment.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- At least 5 years of work experience in digital advertising, consultative selling, business development, or digital marketing; or 3 years of relevant experience if you hold an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of both traditional and online marketing approaches, along with the full range of digital advertising products.
- Familiarity with competing advertising platforms.
- Awareness of the local market landscape.
- Ability to oversee several projects at once while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking skills to assess complex situations and turn them into actionable plans and recommendations.
- Strong investigative ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level customers and senior partner stakeholders, while building a deep understanding of their business problems, marketing targets, and success measures.
- Create a long-term joint plan between Google and the client, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Google to support execution and customer outcomes.
- Set growth objectives and deliver against them by presenting Google advertising products and solutions that align with client marketing goals.
- Prepare forward-looking, data-backed recommendations, identify high-value opportunities, and communicate clear action plans to customers.
- Build strong working knowledge of Google Advertising products and how they can support a broad range of marketing objectives.
