Kalvium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for its Bangalore office. The role sits within a fast-growing education startup that aims to make learning more meaningful and engaging. Role Overview
In this internship, you will assist with recruitment activities across the hiring funnel. The position is based in Bangalore and requires full-time, in-office availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidate profiles through hiring platforms and referrals.
- Reach out to potential candidates by making calls and initiating contact.
- Support and manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through closure.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time on-site internship, begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and stay for 3 months. Applicants should have relevant interest and skills. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Tools
Effective communication, good English communication, teamwork, and comfort using Excel or Google Sheets are important for this role.
Compensation and Duration
The internship offers a stipend of INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month. The duration is 3 months, and the internship starts immediately once selected.
