This remote internship focuses on performance marketing support for paid digital campaigns. The selected intern will work across major advertising platforms, contribute to lead-generation and conversion initiatives, and assist with campaign analysis and optimization.

What you will do

• Help create, track, and improve paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Support paid media efforts aimed at generating leads and driving conversions.
• Assist with audience discovery, segmentation, targeting, and retargeting.
• Research high-performing keywords and hashtags to strengthen campaign reach and visibility.
• Review daily campaign results and contribute to performance reporting.
• Participate in A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience groups.
• Work with the content and design teams to build campaign creatives and marketing materials.
• Prepare weekly reports and dashboards using campaign data.
• Study competitors and keep up with new digital marketing trends and platform changes.
• Take on other performance marketing and digital marketing tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 29 June 2026 and 3 August 2026, and can commit to a 3-month duration. Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 10,000.

Additional information

• Conversion to a permanent role may be possible, with an expected salary of ₹200,000 to ₹300,000 per year.
