Hindi Transcription & Annotation Executive Internship

About the internship

This remote internship is suited for candidates who are careful with details and strong in Hindi language work. The role supports AI and speech-recognition projects by turning Hindi audio into precise text and by completing annotation tasks according to project rules.

What you will do

• Review Hindi audio clips and create accurate written transcripts.
• Handle annotation work such as segmentation, labeling, and tagging metadata.
• Spot unclear audio, speaker switches, background noise, and transcription mistakes.
• Work strictly as per the transcription and annotation instructions shared for each project.
• Keep output consistent and accurate across all assigned tasks.
• Check and edit transcription files before they are submitted.
• Track completed work and daily output records.
• Coordinate with the project team on revisions and feedback.
• Protect the confidentiality of client audio files and project data.
• Finish tasks within the given deadlines.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 1 Jul 2026 and 5 Aug 2026, and can commit for 2 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in transcription and annotation work.

Requirements

• Strong command of Hindi, including listening, reading, and writing.
• Ability to transcribe Hindi audio accurately.
• Experience or comfort with audio annotation and data annotation.
• Good listening ability and the capacity to catch subtle audio issues.
• Proofreading and editing skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently with a laptop/desktop and stable internet.
• Native or fluent Hindi speakers are preferred.
• Prior exposure to transcription, annotation, content review, or AI data projects is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent Hindi language ability may also apply.
• Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and focused on quality.

Additional information

The stipend is made up of fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹9,000 per month, for a total monthly range of ₹7,000 to ₹24,000. This internship has 12 openings and runs for 2 months. The role starts immediately and the application deadline is 31 Jul 2026, 23:59:59.
