About the internship

This remote, part-time internship with She Can Foundation offers an opportunity to support a non-profit mission focused on uplifting and empowering underprivileged women. The role is designed for someone who wants practical exposure to fundraising work while contributing to a cause centered on education, training, healthcare access, gender equality, and economic opportunity.

What you will do

• Contribute to the planning and execution of fundraising drives, events, and campaigns.
• Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and support partners.
• Prepare fundraising communication materials, including email outreach and social media content.
• Assist in shaping donor communication approaches and outreach plans.
• Maintain and review fundraising data to support tracking and analysis.
• Work with the team to generate fresh fundraising ideas and campaign concepts.
• Handle routine administrative tasks that support the fundraising function.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to applicants who can work from home, are able to begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26, and can commit for 1 month. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend and incentives

The stipend is performance-linked. You can earn 20% of the total funds raised. The stated stipend range is INR 1,500 to 15,000 as a lump-sum amount.
