Role Overview

The digital landscape is increasingly driven by openness and personality, especially on short-form platforms. Because the brand is built on an authentic story and a relatable voice, it can extend naturally into new formats and channels.

This position is for a Videographer/Editor who will help create content, with a strong emphasis on short-form video. The person in this role will film and edit polished video assets and partner closely with the marketing team to execute a social media strategy designed to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social and marketing use.
• Focus primarily on producing engaging short-form videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate social strategy into compelling visual content.
• Use an understanding of current platform trends to create content suited to TikTok and similar channels.

Candidate Profile

• Brings at least 3 years of experience in videography, editing, or both.
• Has practical knowledge of lighting, camera gear, and audio setup.
• Comfortable working with on-camera talent and contributing in collaborative team environments.
• Thinks creatively and brings original ideas to content production.
• Is eager to keep learning and developing professionally.
• Has a strong instinct for what makes video content effective and visually strong.
• Understands TikTok features, tools, and content best practices well.
• Adapts quickly, stays flexible, and looks for solutions.
• Moves quickly, takes initiative, and enjoys getting work done efficiently.
• Communicates clearly and brings a warm, dynamic presence.
