Role Summary
As a UGC Content Creator, you will produce authentic, entertaining, and modern social media content. The role is not limited to filming videos; it also requires understanding what grabs attention in the first few seconds, how to tell stories that keep viewers engaged until the end, and how to create content that delivers results.
Your main focus will be creating short-form video content for ads and social platforms, testing different creative approaches, and continuously improving performance through experimentation and trend-based ideas. The company is looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and comfortable appearing on camera.
Compensation includes a fixed base salary plus a performance-based variable component.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form UGC video content for social media and paid advertisements.
- Produce product showcases, testimonials, lifestyle videos, and trend-driven content.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and video ideas.
- Track current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Edit videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads.
- Test different content styles and creative approaches.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams.
- Maintain a regular content output and meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements
- Confidence and ease in front of the camera.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content.
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with original content ideas.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Good instinct for storytelling, hooks, and attention-grabbing content.
- Initiative, independence, and reliability.
- Willingness to experiment and adapt quickly.
- Experience with UGC or social media content is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Good English skills.
- Ability to create content independently and stay organized.
- Native-level command of the language used in the target market for the content.
