Territory Service Representative - OEU

Role Overview

This position is for a field-based territory service representative responsible for pickup and delivery operations, customer servicing, and route-based business development in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and reliable pickup and delivery support to customers in the assigned area.
• Make sure shipments collected from the route are properly connected and processed.
• Work on expanding the assigned territory or route.
• Increase business from customers already present on the route.
• Generate sales leads from field interactions.
• Keep product and operations knowledge current through regular self-learning.
• Share relevant market and competitor information.

Requirements
