Role Overview

The Tendering Manager will be responsible for spotting new business opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and supporting the company in winning and managing contract-based work. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with current clients and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

This position covers the full tendering cycle, from identifying relevant opportunities through to proposal submission and coordination after award.

• Track suitable tender opportunities and evaluate their fit with the business.
• Prepare, review, and submit bid documents and proposals.
• Work toward securing new contracts and business accounts.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Handle site scoping activities and understand project requirements thoroughly.
• Support pricing, bidding, and budgeting exercises.
• Coordinate with the operations team for planning and execution.

Compensation

The offered salary range is INR 6,50,000 to INR 9,00,000 per year.
