The Trust places importance on staff wellbeing, collaboration, inclusion, and nurturing relationships, alongside high expectations for learners and colleagues.
Applicants are expected to reflect values such as aspiration, collaboration, inclusion, enjoyment, and positive relationships in the way they work. The Trust emphasises that success is about approach and teamwork rather than fitting a particular personality type.

Applications must be submitted through the Trust’s recruitment system; CVs are not accepted. Candidates may be asked to answer specific personal statement questions, including which Trust value resonates most with them and why.
The school welcomes visits from prospective applicants and encourages anyone who needs further information to contact the Headteacher for details.
The vacancy may close early if a sufficient number of suitable applications is received.

Where previous employment has involved working with children, one reference must come from that role. Any employment gaps must be fully explained in the application.
