About the Role
Panda Restaurant Group is hiring an experienced store leader to oversee one restaurant location in Vancouver, WA. The position is focused on running day-to-day operations, developing team members, and making sure guests receive excellent service. The company emphasizes associate growth through paid leadership training, mentorship, and continued support.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for the full operation of a single store. You will lead hiring efforts, supervise and direct associates, and help drive financial performance while maintaining a strong guest experience.
Training and Development
Before taking full ownership of the store, you will complete a store leadership training program that lasts 8 or more weeks. The employer also highlights ongoing career and leadership development, along with opportunities for advancement.
Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications
Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and be willing to work at a store within a 50-mile radius. The role also requires food safety certification through ServSafe.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The work setting can be hot, busy, and noisy, with limited storage space and high shelving. The position requires standing for long periods, working quickly without sacrificing accuracy, preparing hot and cold food, using a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment, reaching across counters, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong verbal communication, adaptability in a changing environment, and the ability to handle conflict are important.

Compensation Details
