About the Role
Savage X Fenty is hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager in Berlin, Germany to lead European customer acquisition for a fast-growing fashion brand focused on inclusivity, confidence, and bold style. The role sits within the Growth & Marketing organization and reports to the VP of Growth & Marketing.
This position is intended for a highly self-directed marketer who can combine strategic leadership with day-to-day execution. You will oversee the regional performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping, Affiliate, Display, and other emerging digital channels, while helping drive profitable growth across several markets.
You will also manage a small team made up of a Senior Search Specialist and a Media Coordinator, and work closely with teams in North America as well as Creative, CRM, Analytics, Merchandising, and Finance. The role requires comfort with autonomy, data-led decision-making, and cross-functional influence in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute the performance marketing strategy for Europe with a focus on profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Own channel performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping, Affiliate, Display, and newer acquisition opportunities.
- Build media allocation plans and direct spend across channels to improve efficiency and overall business impact.
- Manage performance across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and related acquisition tools.
- Improve audience strategy, creative experimentation, bidding performance, and conversion rates across the customer journey.
- Work with the North America Performance Marketing team to align on global strategy, best practices, testing plans, and platform innovation.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Senior Media Manager, North America, using shared reporting, learnings, and operational standards.
- Partner with Creative, CRM, Analytics, Merchandising, and Finance to support growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Senior Search Specialist and Media Coordinator.
- Define priorities, goals, and development plans for direct reports while promoting accountability and ongoing improvement.
- Track and improve key metrics such as customer acquisition, return on ad spend, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.
- Present insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive testing and innovation across channels, audiences, creative, landing pages, and measurement approaches.
- Serve as the regional owner for European performance marketing and make strategic and operational decisions independently.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition.
- Strong history of scaling acquisition programs in eCommerce, DTC, retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or subscription businesses.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
- Direct ownership of both Paid Search and Paid Social strategy, including planning, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
- Prior people management experience with evidence of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization with cross-regional and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical ability and the skill to turn data into practical business actions.
- Exposure to multiple European markets is preferred.
- Solid understanding of audience strategy, attribution, testing methods, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with limited oversight.
