Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

The Solutions Engineer role is based in Riyadh and follows a hybrid work model.

What You Will Do

• Act as the primary technical expert during the sales process and lead key pre-sales work such as presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Partner closely with the Sales team and share responsibility for the account strategy and overall sales cycle.
• Expand opportunities within customer accounts by identifying broader needs, alternative approaches, and possible internal champions.
• Capture customer business and technical needs, then turn them into value-focused proposals that address pain points and support a successful technical and commercial outcome.
• Develop trusted relationships with important contacts in the partner ecosystem and work with Channel Sales to strengthen partner engagement.
• Lead product and solution training for partners so they can help move opportunities toward closure.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• You bring several years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or enterprise IT consulting.
• You have practical exposure to DEX, EUEM, end-user experience monitoring, or related digital workplace technologies.
• You understand enterprise environments across endpoints, applications, networks, and hybrid or cloud-based architectures.
• You are familiar with observability platforms, ITSM, endpoint management, or performance monitoring tools.
• You can quickly learn a broad enterprise platform beyond your core specialty.
• You use a consultative approach and can connect technical detail to business value.
• You are comfortable speaking with both highly technical teams and senior executives.
• You are a confident presenter with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• You work well in teams, take initiative, and stay self-driven.
• You are structured, dependable, and customer-focused in complex enterprise settings.
• You are fluent in Arabic and English.
• You are able to travel up to around 40% of the time.
