- Help plan, coordinate, and deliver social content for venues, events, festivals, and brand-led campaigns.
- Capture, create, edit, and post content for concerts, events, venues, and festivals, including after-hours and weekend coverage.
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and keep publishing timelines on track across several platforms.
- Draft social copy and match it with creative materials for different venue brands, audience segments, event types, and channels.
- Check copy and creative assets carefully to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency before anything goes live.
- Build and adjust social assets using approved templates, photos, videos, and graphic elements.
- Support community management by tracking comments, direct messages, and customer questions, responding when appropriate, and escalating issues when needed.
- Deliver live social support during events through content capture, posting, audience interaction, and issue escalation.
- Work with the Social Media Manager and Director to execute content strategies for major venues, events, and campaigns.
- Keep up with social media trends, platform changes, and new content formats relevant to Live Nation Canada channels.
- Stay organized across shared calendars, project tools, content trackers, and team documentation.
- Help develop reporting and analytics structures, define KPIs, and monitor performance trends to improve results over time.
- Use social listening and analytics tools to prepare reports on audience feedback, market trends, and sentiment.
- Assist with designing and formatting presentation decks for meetings, pitches, and project updates.
- Take on special projects and other related duties as assigned.
