About the role

The Social Content Creator will lead Deel’s social-first storytelling, turning ideas into content that is designed to capture attention, spark sharing, and feel native to each platform. This person will manage the full content cycle from idea generation and production through publishing, analysis, and iteration.

  • Handle the full production workflow, including scripting, filming, appearing on camera when needed, editing, and publishing.
  • Create content that is tailored to the culture and expectations of each platform rather than simply repurposed across channels.
  • Evaluate trends carefully and choose only the ones that are relevant, brand-safe, and meaningful to the audience.
  • Test and refine repeatable content formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches that can scale without losing quality.
  • Work with the Brand Marketing team and Influencer Manager on larger creative projects, ensuring talent is briefed clearly and feedback is actionable.
  • Keep up with changes in platform features, algorithms, creator behavior, and audience interests, and translate those insights into creative direction.
  • Track performance data regularly, identify which metrics matter most, share learnings with the team, and improve content based on results.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of social content created for brands and/or personal channels.
  • Hands-on video editing ability using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with content calendars or scheduling tools such as Later, Sprout, or Buffer.
  • Working understanding of social media analytics and the ability to identify meaningful metrics.
  • Experience in a fast-paced creative environment such as an agency, startup, or in-house team.
  • Comfort using AI tools for research, ideation, or editing.
  • Experience creating short-form content for more than one platform.
  • Exposure to working with external creators, production partners, or talent.
