About the Role

Dispensed is hiring an SEO Contractor to help drive organic growth for Dispensed Australia, with the possibility of expanding the work across a wider group of digital health and wellness brands if results are strong.

This is a practical, execution-focused position. The role centres on improving SEO content, strengthening on-site optimisation, and helping make organic search a more dependable source of acquisition.

You will partner with the Growth Marketing Lead and the broader marketing team to identify opportunities, build and refine content, and make changes directly in Webflow.

Time Commitment & Compensation

  • One day each week, with the option to split that day across the working week and increase hours as needed.
  • Day rate of $450.
  • Estimated monthly fee of $1800.

Key Ownership Areas

SEO content creation and optimisation: Develop, organise, improve and publish SEO content across the brand portfolio, including blogs, FAQs, landing pages, location pages, service and category pages, as well as updates to existing content. Content should remain accurate, compliant, easy to understand, and effective for both search engines and readers.

Keyword research and content planning: Support the Growth Marketing Lead with keyword discovery and planning. This includes finding search opportunities, preparing content briefs, mapping keywords to relevant pages, prioritising work based on search demand, intent and business impact, and spotting gaps in competitor content.

Technical SEO support: Assist with lighter technical SEO work and escalate larger problems when necessary. Performance reporting: Deliver a straightforward monthly SEO update covering content published, pages improved, keyword movement, organic traffic trends, Search Console insights and the top priorities for the next month.

What You’ll Need

You should bring at least 2 years of experience in SEO, content, copywriting, website optimisation or digital marketing, along with strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, well-structured content. You should be comfortable working directly in Webflow or able to learn it quickly, and have experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.

You’ll need to work independently from briefs and translate strategy into completed work.
