This organization is AI-first, which means AI is expected to be part of day-to-day work across functions. Team members are encouraged to use AI tools to move faster, improve quality, and build scalable ways of working.

As a Senior Strategic Program Manager, you will drive execution of high-priority strategic work such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, AI transformation, and enterprise-wide operational priorities. You will work as a close partner to executive leadership, coordinating across functions, managing governance, preparing leadership updates, and ensuring initiatives move from strategy into execution with clear accountability and visibility. The role calls for strong executive presence, disciplined program management, analytical thinking, and comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee coordination and delivery of complex strategic programs, including M&A integration, AI transformation, and large-scale operational initiatives.
  • Work with senior leaders to turn strategic goals into practical plans, milestones, timelines, and governance routines.
  • Keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable to execution commitments and business objectives.
  • Track interdependencies, risks, capacity limits, and escalation needs across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Contribute to planning, prioritization, and alignment efforts connected to corporate objectives and transformation programs.
  • Coordinate integration activities across teams to support acquisition onboarding, operational alignment, and post-merger execution.
  • Monitor readiness, issue resolution, milestones, and dependencies for acquired businesses and other strategic efforts.
  • Assist with due diligence, operational reviews, integration planning, and change-readiness work when needed.
  • Support organizational change management and internal communications tied to transformation initiatives.
  • Help improve scalability and effectiveness through operational optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support executive operating rhythms, leadership meetings, action tracking, and follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Create executive presentations, dashboards, business reviews, status reports, and strategic communications.
  • Build scalable reporting structures, KPI tracking, and visibility tools that improve decision-making.
  • Help facilitate planning sessions, prioritization discussions, governance reviews, and recurring operating cadences.
  • Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and efficient workflows to strengthen program delivery, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Spot opportunities to reduce manual work and establish repeatable operating processes.
  • Promote adoption of AI-first ways of working and broader operational best practices.
  • Use analytics, reporting, and AI-supported insights to inform recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in program management, strategic operations, business operations, consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, PMO, or a related area, including 5+ years in a SaaS company or technical e-commerce role.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional work with significant executive visibility.
  • Background supporting corporate development, organizational transformation, or broader enterprise strategy programs.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
  • Hands-on AI fluency, including experience using Claude Chat, Cowork, or Code to improve business execution and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Experience creating leadership presentations, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and strategic updates.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to influence across levels.
  • Comfort using project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Availability to work standard business hours from 8am to 5pm in either Eastern Time or Central Time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, or a related discipline is preferred; MBA or another advanced degree is also preferred.
  • PMP or a similar project/program management certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive leaders in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to e-commerce, retail technology, marketplaces, SaaS, or commerce enablement is preferred.
