This Sales Development Representative position is focused on the opening phase of the sales journey for a defined territory. You will work within a pod structure alongside Business Development, Solution Engineers, and Marketing. The role combines inbound and outbound prospecting: responding to marketing-qualified leads and actively reaching out through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.   • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot and Salesloft.
  • Share feedback with Marketing on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign outcomes.

Required experience and skills

The ideal candidate brings 1 to 2 years of SDR experience, preferably in large business or enterprise environments where multiple stakeholders are involved. You should be comfortable using a modern sales technology stack, work well independently, and stay resilient in a high-volume outreach setting.
