Sales Development Representative

Role overview

This Sales Development Representative position is focused on the opening phase of the sales journey for a defined territory. You will work within a pod structure alongside Business Development, Solution Engineers, and Marketing. The role combines inbound and outbound prospecting: responding to marketing-qualified leads and actively reaching out through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video. Success in the role means holding focused conversations, assessing fit and interest, and arranging high-quality meetings for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn, and video across a set account list.
• Act on inbound marketing leads such as webinar attendees, content downloaders, and demo requests, then assess their interest level.
• Use discovery conversations to qualify prospects and schedule meetings with a clear transfer to Business Development.
• Investigate target accounts with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to decide who to approach, when to engage, and why.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot and Salesloft.
• Share feedback with Marketing on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign outcomes.

Required experience and skills

The ideal candidate brings 1 to 2 years of SDR experience, preferably in large business or enterprise environments where multiple stakeholders are involved. You should be comfortable using a modern sales technology stack, work well independently, and stay resilient in a high-volume outreach setting. Strong written communication skills and confidence on calls are important. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional European or Asian languages is considered an advantage.

Eligibility

Applicants must be eligible to work full time and long term in Ireland, or already hold a valid long-term work visa for the location.
