Role overview
We are looking for a Remote Tech Support Specialist to help users solve hardware, software, and connection-related problems from a remote setting. This position suits someone who combines technical troubleshooting ability with a strong customer service approach.
What you'll do
- Investigate incoming technical issues and work toward a clear resolution.
- Help users regain access to software and system accounts when problems arise.
- Keep support records updated by noting cases and the steps taken to resolve them.
- Pass more complicated issues to the right team or senior support contact.
- Walk users through fixes and troubleshooting steps remotely.
- Work in line with service quality expectations and support standards.

Compensation and benefits
