Role Overview
MyIntegra is looking for a Regional Support Coordinator to help NDIS participants understand and put their plans into action. The position is remote, however the person hired must be based in Darwin, Northern Territory, because occasional in-person visits with participants will be needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support NDIS participants with turning their plans into practical services and support arrangements.
- Handle the required administrative work carefully and make sure all compliance standards are met.
- Build and nurture connections with quasi-government organisations, disability associations, and related groups.
- Take responsibility for growing and maintaining these professional networks.
- Represent MyIntegra in the market and create interest in NDIS support coordination, including giving presentations to Local Area Coordinators, disability service providers, support groups, participants, and nominees.

- Being confident in engaging potential clients and turning enquiries into leads.
- Developing and sustaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- A current driver’s licence and the willingness to travel to clients when necessary.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
- Qualifications in Allied Health, or at minimum a Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of, or exposure to, complex family health issues would be an advantage.
- Willingness to complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check and provide a current Working with Children Check.
