Position Overview

This opening is for a Recruiter working remotely on a contract basis. The role offers compensation in the range of $18 to $60 per hour.

What You’ll Do

Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and outreach through screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
Create and grow talent pools through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and similar sourcing methods.
Run early-stage candidate evaluations to judge background, skills, and overall fit.
Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, interview steps, and selection standards.
Monitor recruiting performance metrics such as time to hire, pipeline size, and conversion rates, then share updates on progress.
Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.

Must-Have Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, either in an agency or in-house setting.
Strong talent sourcing ability across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search methods.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Comfort with managing several open requisitions at once and setting priorities well.
Working knowledge of ATS platforms and standard recruiting processes.
