Project Manager

Role overview

This position involves leading civil construction assignments end to end, making sure work is delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with the required standards. The role is based in Dhule, India, and is offered by Paradigm Consultancies, a human resource consulting firm located in Nashik, Maharashtra.

Key accountabilities

• Take ownership of civil project execution from initiation through completion.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams to keep the project moving smoothly.
• Monitor work quality, site safety, and adherence to approved specifications.
• Track progress regularly and address delays or issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all project work follows relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

Applicants should have a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 7,50,000 to INR 10,00,000.
