नोकरीचे वर्णन
About the company
Forgeworks is a boutique RevOps firm based in Denver that builds systems, processes, and automations for companies across different industries. The team works in small embedded groups, or pods, and uses AI throughout its workflow to help a lean team deliver at a much larger scale.
Work schedule and culture
This is an in-person position in Denver with a four-day workweek. The schedule runs from Monday through Thursday, ten hours each day, followed by three full days away from work. The company has a strict no-Slack and no-email-after-hours policy, and it provides full health coverage.
Role overview
The Project Coordinator serves as the coordination hub for a pod, keeping the sprint process moving from kickoff through review and delivery. The role ensures that RevOps managers and analysts can stay focused on execution while the coordinator manages rhythm, boards, updates, and follow-through so work does not fall behind.
AI tools handle much of the administrative lift: Fireflies records calls, and Claude helps convert notes into tasks. The coordinator’s responsibility is to turn those outputs into an organized, up-to-date ClickUp board that the entire team can rely on.
A standard week includes Monday kickoffs, client sprint reviews, and getting deliverables out by Thursday. The manager owns technical direction, while the coordinator makes sure the work actually progresses. Over time, strong performers in this position may grow into RevOps responsibilities, with support from the company.
Responsibilities
- Keep sprint and project cadence moving smoothly from kickoff through review and delivery.
- Maintain the team’s task board and ensure updates are captured accurately in ClickUp.
- Coordinate Monday kickoffs, client reviews, and Thursday deliverable deadlines.
- Track follow-through so commitments do not slip through the cracks.
- Translate meeting notes and AI-generated output into clear action items and next steps.
- Support managers and analysts by handling coordination while they focus on technical build work.
- Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and internal teammates.
- Own the execution rhythm for the pod and keep everyone aligned on progress.
Requirements
- Prior experience running a real project or sprint cadence and keeping a team’s delivery on track.
- Strong follow-through and dependable ownership of deadlines and updates.
- Clear, composed communication style with both clients and colleagues.
- Comfort using AI tools, or willingness to learn them quickly.
- Honesty and transparency about what you do not know, paired with initiative to find the answer.
- Exposure to Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
Perks and benefits
- Annual compensation in the $60,000 to $70,000 range, depending on experience.
- Full health benefits.
- Four-day in-office workweek in Denver.
- Three consecutive days off each week.
- No after-hours messaging or email expectations.
Application process
Applicants are asked to send a brief note along with a résumé and describe one project or sprint they personally kept on track, including what was at risk, what actions they took, and how they confirmed the outcome.
Hiring is AI-first as well. If the process moves ahead, the first step is a 5-minute AI video interview.
Additional information
The role is designed for someone who can help a small, high-performing team move quickly and stay organized. Strong candidates may develop into broader RevOps responsibilities over time.
