Overview
This role is for a Program Coordinator in Canada, supporting patient and provider programs within a healthcare services setting. The hiring process and all subsequent steps are handled by a partner company. In this position, you will keep administrative and operational activities running smoothly across clinics, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and patients. You will help maintain accurate records, support clinical documentation workflows, monitor data quality, and contribute to reporting and compliance work. The environment is remote-friendly, fast-paced, and centered on dependable healthcare program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end administrative and coordination support for patient and provider programs, including keeping CRM records current and accurate.
- Oversee patient-related administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, communication handling, and coordination with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
- Assist with clinical and program operations by checking documentation, supporting adverse event reporting, and following healthcare and regulatory procedures.
- Respond to and manage inbound and outbound communication through calls, fax, and email, including support for prescription renewals and contact with healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to reporting, audit preparation, inventory monitoring, and operational documentation while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Take part in training, cross-functional initiatives, and process improvements that strengthen program performance and service delivery.
Requirements
- Post-secondary training in healthcare administration, medical office support, business administration, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience in healthcare or administrative work.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative coordination, patient support, healthcare operations, or CRM-driven roles.
- Strong planning and organizational ability, with close attention to detail and the capacity to manage several priorities in a busy setting.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce being an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills; French is a significant advantage for bilingual coordination.
- Ability to work on your own while also partnering effectively with cross-functional and healthcare teams.
- Analytical thinking, flexibility, and a strong service-first approach.
