About the Role

As part of the Campus Placements team, you will act as the link between partner institutes and corporate recruiters, helping organizations hire strong talent through The Career Company network.

Department and Location

The role sits within the Campus Placements vertical and is based at The Career Company, InFED Block, IIM Nagpur campus in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. The experience range for this role is 1 to 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to businesses across sectors to secure live job opportunities, internships, and project opportunities for partner institutions.
• Identify and connect with HR heads, founders, and other key decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
• Create targeted outreach sequences and handle follow-ups with consistency and attention to detail.
• Keep outreach records updated in CRM systems and spreadsheets to monitor progress, conversion trends, and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure outreach efforts align with placement schedules and client expectations.
• Assist in preparing corporate presentations, call summaries, and pitch documents.
• Monitor recruiter engagement and feedback to improve messaging and overall conversion quality.

Requirements

• A postgraduate degree such as an MBA is preferred, along with strong communication abilities.
• A proactive, quick-learning attitude with the confidence to start small and grow rapidly.
• Strong command over written and spoken communication.
• Good research habits, organizational skills, and disciplined follow-through.
• Comfort working with Excel or Sheets, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Previous exposure to B2B sales or corporate relations is helpful but not mandatory.
