This opening is for a Petroleum Engineer to join the Customer Experience team. In this role, you will help customers realize value from the platform from the earliest onboarding stage through adoption, ongoing use, value realization, and long-term advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Support retention objectives by increasing product adoption and broader usage through regular, proactive customer touchpoints.
- Own the consultative relationship for a defined customer portfolio.
- Guide customers on reservoir engineering best practices, workflow optimization, and ways to get the most from ComboCurve.
- Spot opportunities to grow usage within existing accounts and support expansion efforts.
- Create, manage, and update success plans customized for each assigned customer.
- Represent the customer perspective internally while sharing industry knowledge, relevant insights, and thought leadership.
- Act as a central resource for customer strategy, technical workflows, and business goals.
- Drive adoption by aligning platform capabilities with changing operational and commercial needs.
- Handle customer questions through the proper support channels and work toward timely resolution.
- Share strategic feedback with Product, Sales, and leadership teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 4 years of experience in reservoir engineering.
- Working knowledge of reservoir engineering processes, including A&D evaluations, PDP forecasting, upside forecasting, and economic analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ARIES, PHDWin, or similar reservoir engineering and economic modeling tools.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Structured, analytical, and process-oriented problem-solving ability.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to varied audiences.
Additional Information
This is a fully remote full-time position. The role is intended for candidates located in the Houston, Dallas, Midland, or Austin areas. Competitive pay and benefits are offered. Travel may be required from time to time for onsite customer meetings and industry trade shows.
