Role Overview
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in day-to-day HR administration and help ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the employment journey. The position reports to the Global Senior Manager, People Operations, and works closely with international teams to support efficient, compliant people processes.
This role offers the chance to strengthen your background in HR operations, systems, compliance, and employee support while contributing to a global organization.

Responsibilities
- Handle the full onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork collection, HR system changes, and equipment coordination.
- Work with regional and global stakeholders to create a smooth and positive joining experience.
- Manage offboarding activities such as retrieval of company assets, removal of access, and adherence to policy and labor-law requirements.
- Keep HR systems current and preserve accurate records for employees leaving the organization.
- Maintain employee information in HRIS tools, including platforms such as SuccessFactors.
- Process updates related to promotions, internal moves, exits, and compensation revisions.
- Serve as a contact point for HR queries and support benefits-related administration.
- Assist with employee lifecycle events such as performance cycles, promotions, and contract renewals.
- Ensure HR documents, including contracts and salary revision records, are completed on time and organized properly.
- Support adherence to local employment laws and internal policy requirements.
- Work in partnership with HR Business Partners to meet operational HR needs.
- Coordinate with teams such as Payroll, Digital Workplace, Security, Global Risk & Compliance, and other internal functions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or graduate-level HR certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, ideally within a global organization.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal ability.
- Good organization, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to juggle several tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort with learning quickly and adjusting to change.
- Sound understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations.
- A customer-focused approach with patience and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in a global workplace is preferred.
- Exposure to international HR practices is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with internal communications is preferred.
- Ability to work across time zones and with distributed teams.
