- Track spend and pacing, identify issues early, and work with Media Planning and Client Services to make necessary adjustments.
- Review platform data and spreadsheet-based analysis in Excel to create client-facing reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Assist with paid social operations such as invoicing inputs, trafficking information, and maintaining well-organized records across multiple campaigns.
Required Qualifications

- Training in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Communications, or comparable hands-on experience gained through projects, internship/co-op work, or a portfolio.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups, used in academic or professional settings.
- Ability to handle several priorities at once while following strong QA practices such as checklists, naming standards, and version control, along with a history of minimizing errors or meeting deadlines consistently.
- Comfort working with cross-functional partners and communicating campaign updates, performance summaries, and next steps clearly in writing or presentations.
Preferred Experience
- Interest in using AI as a regular part of everyday work.
- Exposure to US-market campaign execution, including how targeting, creative, and measurement may need to be adapted for US audiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated marketing workflows, including review and approval steps plus documentation requirements.
- Working knowledge of measurement tools and concepts such as pixels, events, UTMs, and conversion APIs, along with collaboration with analytics teams to validate tracking.
