Role overview

Mativ, a worldwide specialty materials company based in Alpharetta, Georgia, is hiring Packers for its Renfrew production facility. This role supports the manufacturing team in a 12-hour rotating schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends. The schedule is designed to provide an average of 14 days off each month.

What you will do

• Pack tape rolls into corrugated containers as per product and packing specifications.
• Support machine operators whenever assistance is required.
• Identify and help resolve basic issues on the line.
• Work in line with all safety rules and plant procedures.
• Use basic computer knowledge as part of day-to-day work.
• Contribute effectively in a team-based production setting.
• Follow both verbal direction and written instructions accurately.

Qualifications and experience

• Completion of Grade 12.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong math ability and mechanical aptitude, to be assessed through entry testing.
• Availability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay range: $21.18 to $21.88 per hour.
• 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of the probation period.
