Role Overview
This is an opportunity for an experienced OPT Recruiter to handle US IT hiring from Hyderabad in an on-site U.S. shift setup. The role calls for deep familiarity with US staffing and multiple work authorization types, along with the ability to manage recruitment delivery in a fast-moving environment.
Work Schedule
The position follows the U.S. shift timing of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST and is based in Hyderabad on-site.
Eligibility
This opening is available for female candidates only. Applicants should be graduates in any discipline and should bring at least 5 years of relevant US IT staffing experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and hire suitable candidates for IT roles in the US market.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline across different work authorization categories.
- Handle interviews and support the hiring process end to end, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Work closely with account management and sales teams to align hiring with client needs.
- Stay in regular contact with candidates and ensure smooth, timely communication during the process.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals while keeping candidate quality high.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US authorization categories such as OPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, TN, and STEM OPT.
- Solid sourcing ability across job portals, professional networks, and recruitment platforms.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
Compensation
The fixed annual salary is in the range of 7 to 10 LPA.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
