What the role involves

The Operations Manager will play an important part in daily operations and help shape how the business expands in the UAE. The role calls for a practical, data-led approach to improving processes, prioritizing work, and driving projects that strengthen infrastructure and customer experience.

Serve as a central contributor to everyday operational activity.
Spot opportunities related to products, operations, licensing, and growth in the UAE market.
Design and refine processes that can scale with rapid company growth.
Lead and deliver core infrastructure initiatives.
Assess and prioritize projects, then build realistic timelines to achieve targets quickly.
Identify opportunities for new features that make the customer journey smoother.
Handle important vendor partnerships and set up performance measurement systems.
Create strategic supply-chain partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements.
Oversee support functions, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure SLA commitments are met.

The ideal candidate should be able to combine ownership, analytical thinking, and structured execution. A strong academic background, fast-paced work experience, and comfort with data and coding tools are all important.

A degree from a top university with at least a 2:1 classification.
More than 4 years of experience in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
Hands-on coding ability in SQL, Python, or R.
Proven experience delivering complex projects from start to finish.
Ability to simplify difficult problems into smaller, manageable parts.
Strong interest in working with data.
Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to create meaningful impact.
Experience interacting with regulators.
Interest in the financial services sector.
Entrepreneurial background or experience.
