Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Operations & Administrative Support Executive to help manage daily business operations, maintain system processes, and deliver reporting support. The position involves regular collaboration with internal teams and IT to keep workflows running efficiently and to ensure business requests are handled on time.
Administrative Support
- Take care of everyday operational and administrative work that assists the sales function.
- Work with teams such as Accounting, Customer Service, and Sales to keep order handling smooth and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and make sure all related tasks are finished within the required timeline.
System and IT Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact between business users and the IT team for system-related matters.
- Help the sales team troubleshoot app and system issues, and escalate cases when necessary.
- Manage system setup tasks, including creation of new models and updates to configurations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and IT to support system improvements and ensure enhancements are completed on schedule.
Reporting and Analysis
- Compile clear and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor key operational and sales indicators to support business decisions.
- Maintain consistency and reliability of data across all reporting outputs.

Requirements
- Strong command of both English and Korean, including writing and speaking, to communicate effectively with regional and headquarters stakeholders.
- Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Highly detail-focused and capable of solving problems efficiently.
- Comfortable working with systems and handling data and reporting tasks.
- Skilled in Excel and reporting tools.
- Able to juggle several priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
