About the Role

This position is for an Operation Theatre Manager at Sarvodaya Hospital in Mathura. The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day theatre operations, supporting surgical care, and ensuring that patient services meet hospital standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee patient care in the operation theatre and make sure services are delivered to a high standard while following hospital procedures.
Lead and coordinate OT nurses, technicians, and anesthetists so the team works smoothly and communicates effectively.
Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinical staff to organize and carry out surgical procedures.
Keep detailed records of patients, medicines given, and treatment results.
Follow infection prevention practices and ensure the OT stays clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Sc. in Nursing or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
