- Manage several complex projects at the same time, from initial concept through final completion.
- Create project plans, rollout strategies, timelines, and accountability structures.
- Organize conferences, meetings, trainings, webinars, and special events.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with law enforcement agencies, government representatives, corporations, nonprofit groups, academic institutions, faith-based organizations, and other strategic partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned partnerships and joint initiatives.
- Represent MovementForward professionally in external meetings and collaborations while helping strengthen the organization’s national standing and relationships.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other organizational communications.
- Monitor milestones, anticipate obstacles, assess risk, and put practical solutions in place.
- Keep work aligned with strategic goals, deadlines, and performance expectations.
- Identify and recommend operational improvements that increase effectiveness.
- Support leadership in finding new opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that further the mission.
- Take on other related responsibilities and special projects as needed.

- Strong intellect, curiosity, and sound judgment, with the ability to learn quickly, ask sharp questions, notice connections, and solve problems creatively and practically.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven project management and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

The team is built around discipline, diligence, preparation, urgency, consistency, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality.
