As a Logistics Executive / ISO Administration professional, you will handle the full logistics flow from procurement support through warehousing, transport, and delivery. The role also includes maintaining ISO and TQM documentation and coordinating closely with vendors, internal teams, and customers to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Core responsibilities

You will oversee day-to-day logistics execution, support supply chain coordination, and help maintain quality-system documentation. The position requires someone who can balance operational follow-through with documentation accuracy and cross-functional communication.

Logistics and supply chain duties

• Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movement, and transport activity.
• Support warehouse processes such as receiving, storage, order processing, and dispatch.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs representatives, and third-party logistics partners.
• Look for ways to improve routing and transportation spend while keeping deliveries timely and efficient.
• Keep logistics records current, including delivery papers, shipping invoices, and stock records.
• Track logistics budgets, key performance indicators, and operational performance measures.

Quality control and compliance

• Maintain quality assurance procedures and follow established QC practices.
• Support compliance with quality frameworks and certifications such as ISO and TQM.
• Manage ISO and TQM-related documents and keep them organized and updated.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline is required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics and quality control is preferred, especially in manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or automotive environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport coordination, and inventory control is needed.
• Familiarity with quality management systems is expected.
• Good communication, analytical problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential.
• You should be comfortable managing several priorities at once and working effectively under pressure.
• Experience handling import and export procedures, along with the related documentation, is necessary.
