Role Summary

The Leadership & Personal Development Mentor role is a remote position centered on helping clients progress through identity development, emotional intelligence, and intentional lifestyle design. The work includes one-to-one and group mentoring, online workshop facilitation, and support for building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and contemporary leadership capability.

This role also involves designing and delivering structured personal development programs, offering practical guidance on mindset and communication, and assisting clients in creating values-aligned self-employment and income pathways. The mentor will contribute to storytelling and educational content that reflects the brand philosophy and supports the online community. Consistent client engagement, progress monitoring, and the ability to create empowering, non-judgmental spaces for people from different backgrounds are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through personal growth, identity work, emotional intelligence, and lifestyle alignment.
• Run individual mentoring conversations as well as group sessions and online workshops.
• Develop and deliver structured learning material and personal development programs.
• Share practical tools and frameworks for mindset, communication, and self-leadership.
• Support clients in shaping self-employment and income pathways that fit their values and goals.
• Collaborate on storytelling content and educational assets that align with the brand’s message.
• Maintain regular client communication and track development and outcomes over time.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment that respects different lived experiences.

Required Background

• Solid grounding in personal development, identity exploration, and emotional intelligence.
• Experience mentoring or coaching people in leadership, intentional living, or lifestyle design.
• Ability to help clients explore modern online income paths, self-employment approaches, or digital entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening, reflective dialogue, and clear guidance.
• Capability to hold psychologically safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces.
• Comfort working remotely with online meeting tools, digital collaboration platforms, and basic content creation.
• Training or certification in coaching, psychology, counseling, leadership development, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Experience in business, brand development, or community education is also beneficial.

Additional Information

This is a remote role with flexible working hours and the ability to operate from a portable office setup. The role is not suitable for students. Applicants must be open to a 10-minute business interview by phone and to receiving communication via email, phone, and message regarding the role.
