Overview
Frasers Hospitality is hiring a Kitchen Porter for the Hotel du Vin Brighton site. The role is full-time and onsite, with immediate start available. Pay is £12.80 per hour, while the rate for under-18s is £10.85 per hour.
This position supports the kitchen team by keeping back-of-house and staff areas clean, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing wash-up areas for pots and plates. It is a hands-on role that offers a strong introduction to how a professional kitchen operates and can open the door to future progression into chef roles.

- Keeping the kitchen and staff areas clean and orderly throughout the day.
