Role Overview
This position is for a Key Accounts Executive (Personal Product) based in Haryana/Gurgaon and reporting to the Area Sales and Channels Manager. The role focuses on strengthening sales and distribution across the assigned territory while managing the customer base effectively.

What the Role Involves
The Key Account Executive is expected to grow sales, improve product distribution, and handle territory-level customer management. The role combines market visits, sales execution, distributor coordination, customer development, and competitive tracking.
Core Duties
- Work to meet sales goals by visiting the market, driving product movement, and understanding the RS system and current business conditions.
- Review market competitiveness and find ways to strengthen the company’s position through better customer service.
- Negotiate with RS partners and support them in managing customers so that business volume increases.
- Track competitor activity carefully and share actionable feedback with the branch so timely countermeasures can be taken.
- Continuously assess the performance of the RS and the RS sales team, and take corrective steps where infrastructure or execution gaps appear.
Experience and Skill Expectations
The role calls for 3–5 years of experience in General Trade and Channel Sales, along with hands-on exposure to ROI calculations and distributor management. Candidates should also be comfortable with RS appointment, sales planning, and promotional execution.
Education and Communication
A full-time graduation is required. Strong communication skills in English and the local language are preferred.
