APPIA Contract GmbH is looking for a Kalkulator (m/w/d) in Dietersburg, Bavaria, Germany to support the planning and costing of turnkey interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for turnkey interior finishing projects.
• Develop alternative proposals and special concepts, including research into materials.
• Create tender documentation and bills of quantities for clients and suppliers.
• Review offers from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Request pricing from subcontractors for outsourced services.
• Maintain and update master data used for standard costing.

Candidate Profile

• A background as an interior fit-out engineer, construction technician, drafter, wood engineer, wood technician, master carpenter, or a comparable qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in estimating or project management for turnkey interior fit-out projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out trades and materials is essential.
• The role calls for strong organizational ability, cost awareness, accuracy, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Good IT skills, especially MS Office, and familiarity with industry-standard estimating software are needed.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
