The company’s Influencer Performance Cloud is used by well-known brands such as Kapten & Son, Junglück, Bears with Benefits, KoRo, Calzedonia, Glow25, Purelei and Her1, and it tracks and evaluates more than 200 million EUR in annual influencer revenue.
The onboarding function is a key part of the customer journey. Its job is to help new clients understand the platform quickly, use it effectively from day one, and achieve visible business results as early as possible.
Your role
In this position, you will take ownership of onboarding new customers and guide them through a smooth and successful start with Linkster. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and focused on enabling clients to work confidently with the platform and its processes.
What you will do
- Lead structured onboarding sessions and 1:1 customer calls.
- Walk clients through the Linkster Performance Cloud step by step.
- Help set up workflows and operational processes such as campaign structure, tracking, creator selection, and briefing preparation.
- Share proven practices for performance-driven influencer marketing.
- Make sure customers reach their first tangible results quickly.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Tech whenever issues or questions arise.
- Spot opportunities to improve the onboarding journey.
- Create and refine onboarding resources such as guides, templates, and training content.
- Keep all new customers accurately documented in the CRM and follow the defined onboarding process.
What we are looking for
- A strong grasp of influencer marketing, including campaign setup, performance measurement, and collaboration with creators.
- A genuine service mindset and the motivation to help customers succeed.
- Practical, solution-driven thinking with the ability to understand customer needs and outline suitable approaches.
- Independent, organized, and dependable working style, along with a clear sense of ownership.
- Fast learning ability and comfort with new tools and processes.
- Interest in teaching others and helping them build capability.
- Confidence in customer conversations and the ability to lead calls actively.
- Interest in SaaS and e-commerce, which is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.

Hiring process
