Star Link Real Estate is hiring a Junior Analyst for a part-time remote role in the United States. The position supports business decisions by turning market and internal data into useful insights.

What you will do

In this role, you will gather, structure, and review real estate market information, property performance figures, and internal business reports. You will also help prepare concise summaries, dashboards, and presentation materials that make trends, pricing patterns, and investment possibilities easy for stakeholders to understand.

You will contribute to database upkeep, check data for accuracy, and help produce recurring market and performance updates. The position also includes supporting research, financial analysis, and strategic projects alongside senior team members while building practical knowledge of real estate operations and industry methods.

Qualifications

• You should have strong analytical and numerical thinking, along with comfort using spreadsheets and basic financial measures.
• Hands-on ability with Excel or Google Sheets is needed; experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Good research ability is important, including sourcing information from several places, checking it carefully, and summarizing it into clear takeaways.
• You must be able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking, especially when sharing data with non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to handle several tasks and deadlines while working remotely are essential.
• An interest in real estate, finance, or investing will be helpful; exposure to real estate markets or related academic work is an advantage.
• You should be able to work independently with direction from senior colleagues, show initiative, and ask questions when needed.
• A current degree or completed degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Real Estate, or a similar field is preferred.
