Role overview

Infinite Capital is seeking an entry-level IT Support Officer to support everyday technology operations across the company’s digital environment. This position is suited to someone who is comfortable working with users, keen to build hands-on technical knowledge, and interested in helping keep systems dependable and efficient.

Key duties

Handle technical support requests related to hardware, software, and network issues.
Guide users through troubleshooting steps and help resolve IT-related questions.
Set up, configure, and maintain computers, business applications, and connected devices.
Assist with user account administration and permission controls.
Record support tickets, solutions, and system changes clearly and accurately.
Keep an eye on system performance and refer more complex incidents when needed.
Work with internal teams to strengthen IT workflows and improve the user experience.

Required profile

The ideal candidate has a foundational grasp of computers, operating systems, and networking basics. Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and everyday workplace applications is advantageous. Strong analytical thinking, a detail-focused approach, and the ability to learn quickly are important. Clear communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving setting are also essential.
