Role Overview

The position is part of a strategic initiative in pharmaceutical diagnostics, supporting digital systems used to diagnose and monitor diseases. The work involves building, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that connect clinical information, improve diagnostic workflows, and meet regulatory obligations.

The selected professional will manage the planning, delivery, and coordination of IT initiatives in the diagnostics domain, working with technical specialists, business teams, architects, QA professionals, and outside partners to keep projects aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.

This opportunity is suited to someone who has handled IT projects in regulated settings, can lead teams effectively, stays organized under pressure, and can turn technical information into practical action plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end to end, from initial planning through execution, tracking, and final closure.
• Work with stakeholders to set the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and measures of success.
• Create detailed schedules, timelines, and milestones so work stays on target.
• Track budgets, monitor spending, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Spot project risks and issues early, define corrective actions, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure work follows quality expectations, regulatory rules, and internal governance standards.
• Serve as the link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external collaborators.
• Share project updates, progress, and key performance indicators with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Support agile ways of working, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization when required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects, ideally in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics.
• Strong command of project management practices such as budget oversight, resource planning, schedule control, risk handling, and reporting.
• Good technical awareness of IT environments, cloud solutions, software development life cycles, and integration approaches.
• Practical experience with Agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, as well as traditional project management techniques.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, positive mindset suited to fast-moving environments.
