Role Overview

This position is for a talented interior and exterior visualization specialist who can turn architectural ideas into polished, realistic renderings. The team is international and growing quickly, and the role is fully remote with a fixed work schedule. It suits someone who works carefully, communicates well, and can produce high-quality results efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed, lifelike interior and exterior visuals for architectural projects.
Build accurate 3D models of furniture, fixtures, structural elements, and surrounding spaces.
Work with the team to understand the design direction and deliver outputs that match expectations.
Make sure every rendering follows client requirements, brand standards, and agreed timelines.
Stay responsive and communicate clearly during working hours.

Technical Requirements

Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, and Enscape.
Strong 3D modeling ability, supported by a portfolio showing furniture and fixture design work.
Very good written and spoken English.
Solid understanding of design principles, including composition, lighting, and texture.
Capacity to work under tight deadlines and produce fast turnarounds.
Prior experience working remotely and staying productive in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Background

A degree or working background in architecture or interior design is an advantage.
Familiarity with post-production tools such as Photoshop is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in final render output.
Comfortable contributing both independently and collaboratively.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time remote position. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, which corresponds to 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time.
