About the Role
This position is centered on building strong partnerships between clients and talent, with the main goal of reducing client churn. You will help new client-diver pairings get off to a strong start, monitor relationship health over time, and step in quickly when expectations or working styles are not aligned. The work blends implementation, client success, and relationship management.
The role is full-time and remote, and it is open to candidates located in the United States.
What You Will Do
- Guide clients and divers through a structured, customized onboarding experience.
- Lead early-stage check-in calls to help both sides align on goals, workflows, and working styles.
- Track the status of each partnership and identify risks before they grow into larger issues.
- Address dissatisfaction or misalignment both proactively and as situations arise.
- Use calm, clear, and direct communication to resolve friction while maintaining a supportive tone.
- Bridge cultural and communication gaps by interpreting context, nuance, and expectations across parties.
- Maintain internal systems and records, including HubSpot for analytics and notes and Slack for cross-team communication.
- Represent the client perspective in internal discussions and product or process improvements.
- Partner closely with Diver Success and Training teams to help divers perform at a high level.
- Contribute to designing and improving client and diver onboarding flows.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who can balance relationship-building with strong judgment and practical problem solving. The ideal candidate understands how businesses operate, how managers and employees work together, and where global talent fits into modern teams. Experience in client success, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role is strongly preferred. Exposure to the BPO industry would be an advantage.
You should be comfortable working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and able to do so in an inclusive, respectful way that supports both individual and collective dignity.
During the interview process, you may be evaluated on your ability to build trust with clients, push back respectfully when expectations are unrealistic, read cultural and contextual signals, and develop practical solutions for complex working relationships.
Compensation and Additional Information
The annual salary range for this role is USD 65,000 to USD 80,000. Benefits details and the compensation framework will be shared during the offer stage, along with an opportunity to discuss market and individual factors.
