About the Role

TruTeam is hiring an Installer to join a company focused on energy-efficient insulation and building material solutions. What You Will Do

• Carry out installation work for company products in line with the work order, manufacturer instructions, and required quality and safety standards.
• Install a range of products such as insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other items sold by the company.
• Check the day’s schedule and make sure the truck is stocked with the correct materials, tools, and equipment before heading out.
• Perform safety checks on the vehicle and inspect the job site before starting work.
• Unload materials safely and organize them properly at the work location.
• Raise any issues related to safety, customer satisfaction, or product quality.
• Support warehouse operations when needed.
• Handle other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required if you will operate a company vehicle.

Travel Requirements

This position involves local travel, with occasional out-of-town travel as needed. Daily travel to job sites is part of the role.

Physical Demands

The job requires extended periods of standing and repeated movement such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical strength are important. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds depending on the task.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $13.00 to $30.00. Final pay will depend on factors relevant to the role.
