Role overview
This role combines training delivery, implementation support, and healthcare operations for revenue cycle management (RCM) system rollouts. The trainer helps client teams adopt new workflows and tools by creating clear, role-specific learning experiences. The position works closely with implementation staff, operations leaders, and client contacts during onboarding and go-live stages to improve adoption, reduce process friction, and strengthen outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured, role-based training on RCM processes, systems, and best practices during client implementations.
- Lead virtual instructor-led sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer meetings for both internal teams and client users.
- Work with implementation and training partners to create, refresh, and maintain curriculum that matches operational workflows.
- Help confirm training readiness by checking environments and making sure all materials are prepared before deployment.
- Review learner feedback and performance metrics to spot knowledge gaps and improve training impact.
- Deliver follow-up coaching, remediation, and refresher training based on user performance and adoption needs.
- Keep training documentation, job aids, and process guides current, accurate, and easy to use.
- Assist with LMS tasks such as course setup, tracking completion, and generating reports.
- Join implementation project meetings to stay aligned on timelines, requirements, and status updates.
- Support post-go-live activities focused on adoption, optimization, and ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in Revenue Cycle Management, ideally in billing, insurance follow-up, self-pay, or collections.
- Demonstrated success delivering virtual instruction and facilitating live training sessions.
- Experience supporting system rollouts, workflow implementations, or operational change efforts.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across varied audiences.
- Ability to evaluate training results and adjust materials or delivery based on performance data.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and business or revenue cycle systems.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in both content creation and delivery.
- Exposure to LMS platforms, curriculum development, or instructional design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with RCM tools, benchmarking workflows, or healthcare operations systems is beneficial.
